tariq asad advocate filed petition against najam sethi in islamabad high court challenging his apointment made PM and shakil sheikh party for removing elected chairman PCB and abrogating the PCB constitution..hats off to zaka who presented and defended pakistan view in ICC and nw rightly decided to challenge his removal...though yet this petition is filed by asad at his own...but its wel timed
