Health tips for health fitness after 50 years
Health tips for health fitness after 50 years The growing age cause lot of health issues, which need to be addressed.
In the Western world we tend to go down the financial path first, whether we need to buy a new car, a new house, a new phone, something to watch on our TV, a new chair, or even that new mobile app. To get to a positive future, we must have different options. How do we get to a change? What good habits do we have? What good habits do we lose? The fix is not easy to find.
It takes motivation, discipline, or sometimes determination to make a change in our lifestyle and make it stick. According to a documentary made by Steven Fletcher and Gary Zukav about the condition of cardiac disease he discussed with his fitness coach how he could get out of his current health challenges. After viewing the documentary (which you may have watched yourself), I have started to rethink my need for a change of lifestyle. If I can wake up every morning knowing what positive habits I need to go into, feel more energized and fit, then I will wake up my best intentions to workout.
It is not possible that life will change one’s world and make them decide to go-to exercise. This documentary provided me with one idea to get out of the boring old life that everyone seems to be living. Whether in your personal life or in your professional life, it is good for everyone’s overall health and wellbeing. Not just for the fitness enthusiast to get motivated, but for the ones in their everyday life who haven’t given it a chance and looking for something positive to “wake up” and go see what they need to get better in this “old” world.
Have you ever heard of overweight athletes? It’s not always about their body, but also their mind and attitude. Changes in any field do not always happen overnight and they should not be forced to make a change. It can be a good and bad option depending on your own set of conditions, however, once on the right path you can do great things and be anything you want to become. I do believe we must always do the right thing.
New habits put you out of your comfort zone. At first, to try something new you can be hesitant, but at the end of the day as long as you are on the right path, all your insecurities will no longer hold you back. What is it you really want? If you ever feel this way why not do something new? Use your time wisely, what you already have on your list that you are so lazy with, does it look better in front of others? It is that question that makes up the problem.
If you want to change, there will be people who will hold you back. What is your weakest and weakest one? Who is this in your life that is so strong and powerful that they could make you do anything? It might be a friend who is encouraging you not to be lazy, it might be an employee or even your colleague. In some situations, the solution might be even a rival that wants to mess up your whole day. If you can fall into this category, then be careful. Find a way to push through. The second problem is our weaknesses and our decisional ability.
You may be susceptible to making bad choices all the time. What if you find yourself where you have no choice and it seems to be too easy for you to choose the wrong one. If you are still lazy with your mind because of the question, or if you just eat your diabetes and are not being creative with your life, then you should know what you are losing. When you make a good change in your lifestyle, you will also notice that the people close to you started influencing you, your health, or your decisions. The options you have today, are perfect for tomorrow. People your age or older might be dismissive of physical change, so why not change that with your health. Remember you only live once. Look at how other people are alive and do not care if you do or do not understand the answer. They are probably healthier, and they are probably healthier for those who do change, and it’s easier to be positive when it comes to a change.
