Egyptian advises to eat chicken claws under inflation

The worldwide inflation has affected every nation and country. The people having limited income or economy with less average per capita income are forced to change their lifestyle especially food habits.

Egypt is also one of the worst inflation affected country,where prices of edibles have started skyrocketing and instead of controlling the prices, the government advised the citizens to give up chicken meat and eat chicken claws.

Eating chicken feet is considered a sign of extreme poverty in Egypt, where 30 percent of the country's population lives below the poverty line. 

There has been a storm of inflation in Egypt due to which the prices of meat have also increased. Although the inflation rate stood  at 15.2% and GDP per capita income is 4407 US$ but still the government is unable to control inflation what to talk of other african asian and middle eastern countries, who are facing grave economic crises.

A 150-fold increase in the price of meat has been recorded, due to which people craved to eat chicken, and in such a situation, instead of controlling inflation, the government forced people to eat chicken feet and claws.
